No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and Order Vanta by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing and risk management, and you should consider consulting a licensed financial professional before acting on any information you find here.

Order Vanta is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FINRA or the National Futures Association in any capacity. We are not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor, a commodity pool operator or a futures commission merchant. We do not hold customer funds, do not execute orders, and have no access to your brokerage account.

Any historical alert results shown in the product reflect the platform's detection methodology applied to past data. They do not represent an actual account. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, does not guarantee or indicate future results.

The Service depends on third-party market data feeds and on the networks between them, our infrastructure and your device. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and alerts may arrive late or not at all. Spoken alerts depend on your device's audio and on external speech services. Do not rely on Order Vanta as your only source of market information, and never place a trade on an alert you have not independently verified against your own platform. The Service reports its own connection state honestly; if the feed is down or your subscription is inactive it will say so rather than show stale data as live.

Order Vanta makes no promise, warranty or guarantee that use of the Service will result in profit, or that any alert will be accurate, timely or suitable for you. Any testimonial or example reflects one person's experience and is not typical or representative. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome.

The Service is operated from the United States and is not directed at any jurisdiction where offering or using it would be contrary to local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and your trading activity comply with the laws, regulations and exchange rules that apply to you.

By using Order Vanta you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these disclosures, and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Signed-in users are asked to acknowledge this disclosure during onboarding; the acknowledged version is recorded on the account.
